Sessions are always non-judgemental, discrete and confidential.

As a registered member of British Association Counselling Psychotherapy, we’ll use a person-centred approach (PCA), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapies (Attachment) in our multi-modal approach.
All sessions are confidential.
